While we all know the role of a CIO is crucial to an organizations growth and development, it’s a little less realized fact that some of the best ideas and innovations take shape in the CIOs TEAM. At InformationWeek, we attempt to recognize & reward these leaders for their contribution in their respective organizations.
About Future Strategist Award:
The Future Strategist Award is conferred on a person in an organization who is the next best fit for the role of a CIO. While CIOs mentor people in their team they can identify who possesses the skills needed for the CIO role – who is a CIO in the making.
In 2010, we created the Future Strategist Award (FSA) and presented it to 15 people who our jury acknowledged as “CIOs in the making.” In 2011, we received 39 valid entries for this award category out of which we bestowed the award to eight winners. We congratulate all our past winners and wish you all the best for their future.
This year again we invite nominations from CIOs and their team for their excellent performance in 2010.
The winners will be chosen by a jury including the InformationWeek editors and the award will be presented during INTEROP Mumbai 2012, October 10-12. Winners will be inducted into the FSA Hall of Fame. Their profiles will appear in the InformationWeek October 2012 issue. Eligibility Criteria:
