Iomega, an EMC company recently announced the launch of nationwide
enterprise grade support services for SMBs and Remote
Office/Branch Office (ROBO) customers using Iomega networked
attached storage (NAS) products. The company becomes the first
storage vendor to provide a three-tiered support structure in
India, including one-on-one technical support, installation and
implementation services, and onsite post-sales support in 21 cities
across the country.
With the launch of the ‘Toll Free’ customer service
facility, Iomega NAS customers can call free of charge and avail
the technical support and customer service facilities over the
phone. Iomega will station professional engineers in India for the
telephone support. Customers will also have the option to acquire
24x7 telephone support. Iomega will have resources stationed across
21 cities in India to provide customers onsite support for
installation and implementation of products and services.
Iomega will offer post-sales ‘next business day’ onsite
support to its network storage customers.
Elaborating on the India service support launched by Iomega,
Praveen Sahai, Director- Sales, India and SAARC & Strategic
Marketing Director, Iomega, said, “An increasing number of
