Kaseya recently announced their latest product called automated
managed services (AMS) in Autopilot, built to address the
challenges faced by of CIOs and service providers in automating the
IT infrastructure.
According to the company, AMS in Autopilot pre-automates most of
the IT activities and further automates the automation to make AMS
processes simpler, responsive, and
effective.
The ‘AMS Autopilot control center’ gives real-time
information of all IT activities and enables all levels of IT
departments to automate the routine and rudimentary IT activities.
“With this control center, CIOs can now move out of handling
crisis management of keeping IT infrastructure up and focus on the
business development and enablement activities. This move would
allow the CIOs realize the dream of making the IT department into a
profit center from a cost center,” a company release
stated.
On the occasion of the launch, Girish Krishnamurthy, Managing
