Blue Star Infotech bags Microsoft ERP order from Meridian Pharma
Will implement its customized IP-based solution for the pharma industry InformationWeek News Network, June 30, 2010

Meridian Enterprises, a pharma manufacturer and marketer of healthcare products, has embarked upon an initiative to put in place an integrated business management and information system.

Meridian has selected Blue Star Infotech—a global provider of software solutions for the mid-market—as its IT partner for the project. Blue Star Infotech will implement its customized IP-based solution for the pharmaceutical industry—Elixir, which has been developed on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

“This integrated information system will resolve our operational issues and considerably enhance organizational efficiencies and speed up our go-to-market time. It will also improve our decision-making capabilities based on analytical insights which will help us compete better,” said Sandeep Banatwala, MD, Meridian Enterprises.

“We are delighted to partner with Meridian Enterprises for their business improvement initiative and are confident that we will successfully complete this project within the stipulated time frame” said Satish Gaonkar, VP  - Consulting, Blue Star Infotech. The project implementation scope includes the Mumbai HO and one plant site.
