Glodyne Technoserve bags Maharashtra IT Award 2010
The company has received the award for its technology implementation initiatives in the areas such as the MGNREGS, Financial Inclusion and empowerment of unorganized labour InformationWeek News Network, August 23, 2010

Glodyne Technoserve has recently won the Maharashtra IT Award 2010 by the Government of Maharashtra, for its outstanding contribution to the state through implementation of technology led social initiatives.

The company has been carrying out technology implementation initiatives in the areas such as the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), Financial Inclusion and empowerment of unorganized labour.

Glodyne is implementing the MGNREGS scheme in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra. With the MGNREGS implementation the processes of registration, receipts, job demand, muster rolls, works, attendance, calculation and disbursement of wages will be digitized.

The company is also the ‘total service provider’ for implementing, ‘Mahashramm’ the Labour Management System, which it claims is the India’s first labour management system (LMS). The system is designed to bring accountability and transparency in the system to ensure the implementation of the various labour laws. According to Glodyne, this  is the largest LMS roll out in the country with approximately 20 million beneficiaries.
