Spectranet and nivio to jointly offer hosted messaging and collaboration
The firm plans to offer a range of hosted solutions such as basic email solutions and high end enterprise applications based on the Microsoft Exchange platform InformationWeek News Network, June 24, 2010
Spectranet, an Integrated Communication Services Provider, has recently announced its partnership with nivio, a cloud computing company, to launch its subscription-based messaging and collaboration service offerings. Spectranet will offer its Hosted Messaging and Collaboration Services based on a pay-as-you-go and zero investment model.
 
Udit Mehrotra, Director, Spectranet, said, “We see a huge potential for our hosted services in sectors such as IT/ITeS, BFSI, Government, Manufacturing, Telecom, Health, Retail and Trading."
 
The offerings will include a range of hosted solutions such as basic email solutions and high end enterprise applications based on the Microsoft Exchange platform. Security would be ensured through built-in anti-spam and anti-virus technologies. Customer organizations will get customized packages based on their need and budget. This will be further supported by a 24x7 phone based customer support.
