Talisma Creates an Additional Channel in Collaboration with ValueFirst
NWC News Network, June 12, 2008

ValueFirst, mobile data service provider for enterprises, has announced its tie-up with Talisma, a software solutions company in Customer Relationship Management and Customer Interaction Management. Talisma has integrated its CRM solution with ValueFirst’s SMS gateway to create SMS Push/Pull channel for customer interaction, adding to its existing channel options of email, phone, chat, VoIP, and Web self-service.

Vijay Shukla, Country Head, ValueFirst Messaging said, “SMS is gaining acceptability as the preferred mode for customer service because of its two-way communication capabilities; it is fast and cheap and is less time-consuming. Customers can now use the entire range of communication service to interact with their end customers”.

In the first phase, Talisma will provide PUSH and PULL facility. Subsequently, the entire bouquet including Unicode (Language support), Picture Messaging, and Barcode Messaging can be added to the service offering based on the uptake and demand from customers.

Rajendra Mruthyunjayappa, Managing Director, Talisma APAC said, “As a provider of customer centric solution, our mission is to deliver cutting edge solutions that will have positive impact on the overall customer service strategy of organizations”. Our SMS will be the latest addition to our multi channel offering and will enhance our customer’s ability to interact with their customers efficiently and provide a superior customer experience each time an individual interacts with them. We are happy to partner with ValueFirst and the immense value the solution adds towards offering complete suite of multi channel software solutions.”
