Recently launched in Mumbai, the CIO Klub aims at giving CIOs a platform to interact with the fraternity, exchange thoughts and views, and develop stronger relationships between vendors and the media by leveraging the collective wisdom of the members.

The club is founded by Ashish Chauhan from Reliance Industries, Vikas Gadre of Tata Chemicals, Shirish Gariba of Elbee Express, Vilas Pujari of ACG Worldwide, Radhakrishna Pillai of SRL Ranbaxy, Zoeb Adenwala of Essel Propack, Anwer Bagdadi of CFC International, Prakash Pawar of Intrex and Satish Pendse of HCC.

Apart from imparting business benefits to its members primarily, the klub plans to help CIOs in their professional growth as well, in addition to representing the IT user community to governmental bodies and supporting various initiatives.

The klub will encourage an entrepreneurial spirit by providing a platform for sharing innovative ideas in the larger interest of the community, as well as organize “Face2Face”, an interactive session between the CIOs and the CEO/Business heads.
